lyrics
The words are alive, and I am too, but where do they go?
The hills are aloft, and time passes faster, but when does it stop?
And you left quickly, and you never stopped.
This chorus means nothing, the mics are just open and my headphones are on.
The Space Echo shimmers and it doesn’t stop even when the lyric does,
And you never stopped exiting the story.
Pollinate me, or someone else might, but would you like to?
Because love is something I’ve felt before, but was it real?
I stare at the kitty in the window, but what does it know?
Time waits…bloody hell.
The song isn’t alive, but I’ll keep adding - who even cares?
But the hills are aloft, and time passes faster, but who does it doesn’t stop.
And this chorus doesn’t matter and it never stops.
Seattle band conjure a summer-ready dreamscape through a swirling combination of dream pop, psychedelia, and disco. Bandcamp New & Notable May 11, 2022
This is some great music for a morose, rainy day. Lush, sedate, bluesy, and with a certain apocalyptic flair, most evident on White Horses, which sounds very much like a psychedelic blues dirge.
I appreciate that the songs sometimes lose themselves along the way, giving way to some beautiful psych explorations. I also enjoy the vocals on this - they sometimes waver, but they fit the music so well. Smekermann
